Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, you have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a replacement or refund. After this period, we will not be able to process any claims.

Eligibility for Return (Coming Soon)
When returns are accepted, items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in their original packaging.

Shipping Costs
Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Digital Products
All digital products are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged once accessed, downloaded, unzipped, or viewed. By purchasing, you agree to these terms and confirm that you have selected the correct product.

Refunds for Physical Items (if applicable, Coming Soon)
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items will be eligible for refunds when returns are accepted. Sale items will not be refundable.
